Holds a Biology degree from the University of Western Ontario. Did a year volunteer work in Camden, New Jersey with inner city children and terminally ill infants. With that experience, volunteered for another year in Toronto and started a site at Warden Wood Community Centre in Scarborough. Noticed a lack of good design in the area of non-profit organizations and went to design school where he met Simon. Graduated with top honours and became an Art Director at two ad agencies in the city. Met Mark. Moved to England for a few years and worked as a designer at the largest Architect firm north of London. Moved back to Toronto and joined Beacon.

Started in fine arts. Moulded into a designer by Johanne Daoust at Seneca@York. Met Stephen. Interned at Concrete. Freelanced in Toronto. Learned to silkscreen. Learned to code for the web. Moved out west. Criss-crossed the country multiple times. Moved back to Toronto. Met Mark. Joined Beacon.
Simon is a strong purporter of re-using existing materials in his work. He has designed and produced up-cycled clothing for bands accross Canada. Fascinated with every part of the process, Simon has learned much about printmaking, photography, illustration & web programming. Simon is an avid road cyclist, and misses the mountains a little bit.

Received a diploma in broadcast journalism. Spent a few years in film school. Contemplated running away with her pony (yup a pony) to Hollywood to star in her own series for the Disney network. Became a student of advertising. Found her niche. Met Mark and joined Beacon!
Allicia loves planning events and has been running province wide equestrian shows for the past few years. She brings with her a knowledge of film production, photography and directing and is looking forward to having a real people job (she hears it’s a lot of fun)!
